GREG KOLEAN leads the operations and strategy of the Potawatomi Ventures Federal Group. The Federal Group consists of 46 active subsidiaries and joint ventures operating as small businesses.  It serves the construction, product and service industries in 330 global locations with 2,000 employees. 

Greg has successfully scaled dozens of small businesses, from start-ups to national operations, and specializes in strategies for sustained revenue growth. When not working or mentoring small businesses, he enjoys the outdoors with his family in Alaska.
